Fueling Technician (Oilfield Operations)

We are hiring experienced Fueling Technicians to support active oilfield and frac operations on a short-term project in West Texas. This role is responsible for safely fueling diesel-powered equipment on location while following strict safety and reporting procedures.

• Perform on-location fueling of diesel-powered equipment, including frac units, generators, light plants, and support vehicles
• Operate fuel trailers, pumps, hoses, valves, and related fueling equipment
• Follow site-specific safety rules and participate in daily safety meetings / JSAs
• Properly ground and bond equipment during fuel transfers
• Monitor fuel levels and communicate usage as required
• Maintain a clean, safe fueling area and report any issues immediately

• Previous experience with on-location fueling in an oilfield, frac, or industrial environment
• Experience fueling diesel equipment and performing controlled fuel transfers
• Prior experience fueling on frac locations preferred
• Basic fuel reporting or tank gauging experience preferred
• Experience working on active oilfield sites preferred
• Understanding of basic fueling safety practices, including grounding and spill prevention
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

This is a physically demanding role that requires field-based work at various oilfield and fracking locations. Candidates must be prepared to work irregular hours, including on-call responsibilities, and be able to lift heavy equipment and materials. A valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery are essential.
