What You'll Do:

• Operate heavy equipment (backhoe, loader, dozer, skid steer, etc.) for remediation and construction projects.
• Perform excavation, demolition, grading, and site work safely and efficiently.
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance and follow all safety and environmental protocols.
• Transport equipment and materials between job sites using CDL vehicles.
• Work approximately 55-60 hours per week, including overtime when needed.

What We're Looking For:

We're hiring full-time Heavy Equipment Operators with a Class A CDL to support environmental cleanup and construction projects. You'll operate and maintain equipment such as backhoes, loaders, dozers, and skid steers to perform excavation, demolition, and site-preparation work. You'll also drive and move the equipment between job sites as needed. A valid, non-expired CDL license in good standing is required for this position.

MUST HAVES (We will only move forward if you have the following):

• Valid Class A CDL and heavy equipment operating experience required. This is an HE Operator position that requires a CDL to move the equipment.
• Ability to Travel:
  Regional - Must be able to cross state lines
• Experience with backhoes and general equipment maintenance preferred.
• Oilfield, roustabout, or environmental cleanup experience a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanics, workplace safety, and use of hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
