Pay: $18 - $50 / HOUR

Yellowhouse Machinery is currently accepting applications for Field Lube Technician at our Midland, TX location. Our applicants must exhibit a strong work ethic and be able to provide supporting references. Must be able to perform lubrication and preventive maintenance services on heavy equipment in the field while adhering to company safety standards. Must have the skill set to work independently, maintain accurate service records, and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers.

• Performs lubrication and fluid services on heavy equipment and machinery in the field.
• Inspects equipment for leaks, wear, and other maintenance needs.
• Maintains accurate service records and documentation.
• Operates and maintains service truck and inventory of lubricants and supplies.
• Follows all safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
• Communicates effectively with supervisors and team members regarding equipment status.
• Provides basic technical support where applicable.
• Ensures all tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
• Executes other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of lubrication systems.
• Ability to work independently in outdoor and field environments.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in equipment maintenance or lubrication services is a plus.
• Applicant must pass a physical drug screening and possess a driver's license.
