Roustabout​/Yard Laborer

General Scope:

The Roustabout / Yard Laborer supports daily yard and operations activities by assisting with maintenance, organization, and handling of flowback equipment. This role is hands‑on and requires the ability to work safely in an industrial environment while performing physical tasks.

• Paint, clean, and maintain yard equipment and materials.
• Clean and organize bolts, tools, and parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment.
• Load and unload flowback equipment and materials.
• Assist with general labor tasks as assigned by yard or operations leadership.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.

• Prior oilfield, yard, or general labor experience.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and housekeeping.

• Must be able to operate basic equipment and tools safely.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials as needed
• Physically capable of lifting 50-100 lbs and working long hours in varying environmental conditions.
• Work in high-noise environments (over 85 dBA) with appropriate hearing protection.
• Adapt to outdoor conditions, including extreme weather and various terrains.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

• May require occasional after‑hours support depending on job schedules.

• PEC/Safe Land certification
• Forklift and Aerial Lift training (as required)
• H2S certification
