Outside Sales Representative

Location: South Texas / Permian Basin

Industry: Oil & Gas - Hydraulic Artificial Lift

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with strong knowledge of hydraulic artificial lift systems and established relationships with producers in South Texas and/or the Permian Basin. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self‑motivated, and capable of generating immediate sales opportunities through existing industry contacts.

Responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining and growing customer relationships, and coordinating meetings that include CLIENT management when appropriate. This position reports directly to ownership and offers significant autonomy for a results‑driven sales professional.

• Develop and grow sales of hydraulic artificial lift solutions within the assigned territory
• Proven outside sales track record in oil & gas
• Coordinate and bring CLIENT management into strategic client meetings
• Strong producer relationships in the target region
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed
