We are seeking a confident, results-driven In-Person Sales Closer to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet directly with motivated homeowners on company-provided appointments, understand their needs, and negotiate win-win purchase agreements.
This is a true closing role—not cold calling, canvassing, or territory prospecting. Your success will be measured by your ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals face-to-face.
Responsibilities- Meet in person with motivated property owners on pre-qualified appointments
- Conduct conversations in English and Spanish as needed to ensure clarity and trust
- Understand seller goals and present clear purchase solutions
- Analyze properties using company-provided tools and pricing guidelines
- Negotiate terms confidently and professionally
- Secure signed purchase contracts that meet company criteria
- Follow up consistently with sellers in your pipeline
- Maintain accurate notes and deal status in the CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff after contract
- In-person, face-to-face sales
- Focused on closing, not lead generation
- Structured with clear expectations and KPIs
- Representing a well-known, trusted local company
- Cold calling or door knocking
- Territory management or canvassing
- Retail or traditional real estate agent work
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- Proven experience closing sales in person (any industry considered)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing, timelines, and contract terms
- Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused demeanor
- High level of accountability and coachability
- Experience in real estate, home services, or high-ticket sales is a plus (not required)
- $80,000–$150,000+ OTE (base salary + performance-based commission)
- Appointments provided by the company
