Lone Star Cash Homes is actively interviewing for a bilingual Outside Sales Representative to close warm, pre-qualified appointments with motivated property owners in the Midland/Odessa market.

This is a true in-home closing role
. The company generates the leads — your focus is building trust, presenting solutions, and securing signed agreements.

• Meet in person with motivated homeowners on company-provided appointments
• Conduct conversations in English and Spanish to build clarity and trust
• Understand seller goals and present tailored purchase solutions
• Analyze properties using company tools and pricing guidelines
  
  Negotiate terms confidently and professionally
• Secure signed purchase contracts that meet company criteria
• Maintain consistent follow-up with your pipeline
• Keep accurate notes and deal status in the CRM
• Coordinate smoothly with internal teams after contract

This role IS:

• Face-to-face outside sales
• Focused on closing warm leads

This role is NOT:

• Cold calling
• Door knocking
• Territory prospecting
• Traditional real estate agent work

Required

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Proven experience closing sales in person (any industry)
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and contract terms
• Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused
• High accountability and coachable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
