Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Midland, TX, for a Business Development Account Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, generating leads, and building relationships with current and potential customers. The Business Development Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver tailored solutions to enhance their operations.
Qualifications- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience and proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate client relationships
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience in the oil and gas or artificial lift industry is a plus
