• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customers’ home furnishing needs to help them bring their design vision to life
• Generate sales through a consultative approach
• Build rapport with customers using strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening; earn their business through honest conversation and integrity
• Encourage additional products to complete the room
• Work as a team to achieve sales goals
• Explain financing and protection plans
• Demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill customer needs
