Join Enventure, a global leader in downhole solutions, and help shape the future of wellbore integrity and performance. We’re looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Midland, TX, and grow our presence across West Texas, South Texas, and New Mexico.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive revenue growth by developing new customer accounts and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Promote and introduce cutting-edge Enventure technologies to the market.
  • Deliver impactful technical presentations and client sessions.
  • Build strategic account plans and manage client pipelines using our CRM platform.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to forecast and support project execution.
  • Ensure timely billing, collections, and overall commercial performance.
  • Represent Enventure at industry events and customer meetings.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience in drilling or completions with a solid track record.
  • Strong existing client network across Permian Basin and beyond.
  • Prior hands‑on technical experience in a service company or E&P operator is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the liner hanger market and completion practices.
  • Confidence in matching customer challenges with technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organization, strategic thinking, and drive to exceed goals.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client and operational needs.
