Promotes, sells and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Essential duties include the following:
* Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.
* Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization's products and services.
* Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
* Researches sources for developing prospective customers.
* Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
* Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
* Coordinates sales effort with sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
* Analyzes the territory's market and determines existing and prospective customer value to the organization.
* Identifies advantages and compare organization’s products/services.
* Supplies management with oral or written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities.
* Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
* This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
