Our Retail Sales Consultant’s earn $24.77 per hour up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
Responsibilities- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, showcasing the latest devices and personalized services.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules assigned two weeks in advance.
- Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, evolving tech environment to meet customer needs.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience? Training and coaching provided.
