** Regional Technical Sales Representative
** located in the

* What You Will Do:

*** Develop and execute sales strategies for the HPS solutions, targeting SWD operators and midstream companies in the Permian Basin
* Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
* Provide technical consultation on horizontal pump systems, including sizing, configuration, and operational optimization
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and positioning
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
* Provide routine and special service support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges.
* Assist with the installation, calibration and maintenance equipment.
* May assist with training customers.
* Interacts with operator level.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** 5 years of sales experience in the oil & gas industry, with a focus on SWD and midstream applications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
* Valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
* Strong technical knowledge of horizontal pump systems and fluid handling equipment
* Familiarity with Permian Basin operators, infrastructure, and regulatory landscape
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
** Pre-Employment Requirements:
*** Motor vehicle Record (MVR) check
* Drug and alcohol test
* Criminal background check
** PHYSICAL DEMANDS
*** Must have the ability to Lift/Push/Pull/Carry up to 55 pounds chest high
* Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
