H-E-B is seeking energetic and motivated Partners to work as eStore Curbie in Midland, TX. This role involves retrieving eCommerce online orders from their put‑away locations and transporting them to the customer, while ensuring high quality and excellent customer service.

• Use a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders.
• Communicate order changes or adjustments to customers.
• Make necessary adjustments to orders based on customer requests.
• Audit orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note compliance.
• Package, transport, and load groceries or merchandise from holding areas to the customer’s vehicle.
• Minimize shrink through careful handling of product.
• Achieve productivity standards.
• Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the eStore as needed.
• Maintain and stock bag areas.
• Return product to shelves, transfer products from slot to slot to free up carts, and organize carts while maintaining a clean eStore.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.

• Lift 55 lbs and manage in excess of 55 lbs when necessary.
• Use a manual pallet jack multiple times per day.
