The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan, with responsibilities that include delivering world-class service, meeting sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage customers.
Core Staff are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, providing reliable support for both the team and our fans.
Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery.
Responsibilities

- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation.
- Deliver on KPIs, be cross-trained across store functions, and mentor new team members while living our values:
Dream, Care, Dare, Deliver. - All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment and are results-oriented.
- You communicate with care, both written and verbal.
- You can connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience.
- You are at least 18 years old and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- A flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
- A consistent schedule with an availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred; hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
- Dependability for peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
