• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.

• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services in the total store to resolve guest concerns and improve their experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Promote and enroll guests in Target Loyalty programs and explain fulfillment services; guide customers on using Wallet and Target App features.
• Assist with returns, follow register prompts, and partner with leaders to resolve guest issues per Target policies.
• De-escalate situations with leadership support to recover the guest shopping experience.
• Provide easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) orders, DU returns, and compliance with relevant laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• Support cash office processes as needed, including management of cash systems.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations and support cash office as needed.
• Scan and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) to meet store needs.
• Active engagement by picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts; must work at least one shift within 5 months or may be administratively terminated.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions related to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Mobility to perform scheduled shift duties.
