Maintenance Custodian Associate

Overview

Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam's Club. Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr the role involves ensuring members see a well-kept environment, including a clean parking lot, restrooms, and floors. You will be on your feet and on the go, maintaining a positive attitude to ensure a great experience for customers from start to finish.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures, guidelines, methods, and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.

Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.

Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper rotation and storage, and placing orders to replenish supplies when low.

Hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
