Role Overview- Provide leadership to implement engineering, procurement, and site quality systems.
- Ensure services, equipment, and materials meet contract and statutory requirements.
- Evaluate and monitor Contractor's quality management systems for performance improvement.
- Oversee development and implementation of Project‑specific Surveillance Plans and Procedures.
- Monitor metrics to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues.
- Provide direction to discipline inspectors and support the Project Team on quality issues.
- Promote quality awareness throughout the project.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems in construction.
- Experience in managing construction scope effectively.
- Proficient in quality assurance and control processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in quality management within the construction industry.
- Working experience with flow lines, pipelines, wells, and compressors is preferred.
