Cobb Veterinary Clinic started as a mobile veterinarian serving the Midland area and has evolved into a full‑service hospital for equine, large animals, and small animals. We care for everything from small dogs and cats to racehorses, bucking bulls and more.

Our two‑doctor team is growing and we’re looking for another veterinarian to join our staff. We offer a $75,000 sign‑on bonus and a supportive, family‑like environment. Preferred candidates are small‑animal veterinarians passionate about surgery, but large‑animal experience is welcome.
Key Equipment

- In‑house laboratory with Coggins testing
Essential Responsibilities
- Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose disease or injuries.
- Operate diagnostic equipment, collect samples, and interpret results.
- Advise pet owners on preventative care and treatment options.
- Perform surgery and prescribe medication as needed.
- Provide counsel on pet end‑of‑life care.
- Maintain patients’ medical records.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and applicable statutes, policies, and procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited AVMA institution.
- Appropriate state licensure.
- Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous presentation with staff and clients.
- Ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds; ability to lift heavier items with assistance.
