Critical Care Registered Nurse - Midland, Texas

An exciting opportunity is available for a registered nurse with ICU experience to provide high-quality care in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting. This contract position offers the chance to work in a specialized ICU environment focusing on both ICU and IMC level care. The role is well-suited for nurses with at least two years of experience who hold the necessary certifications and are ready to take on new challenges.

Schedule &

Hours:

• Day shift
• 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 AM - 07:00 PM)
• Weekend scheduling:
  Every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in an ICU and Intermediate Care (IMC) environment
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Adhere to established protocols and safety standards
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information

Qualifications & Required

Certifications:

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with ICU and IMC level care is essential
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
