We are a well-established nephrology practice in Midland, TX dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while fostering teamwork, innovation, and a supportive environment. Our physicians work closely together to provide comprehensive, forward-thinking kidney care across clinic and hospital settings.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified/Board Eligible nephrologist who shares our values and is eager to grow with a dynamic practice focused on patient-centered care and long‑term success.
Compensation & Benefits- $25,000 commencement bonus + fellowship stipend
- Compensation $295,000+ based on experience, with profit sharing
