As a Part Time Nurse Practitioner
, you’ll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Midland, TX
. The scheduled hours are flexible Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Open to 3 full days or 2.5 days.

• Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
• Maintain patient health records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (if Master Degree in Science certificate does not state Nursing on it then a copy of transcripts is required).
• Maintain state RN licenses/certificates to practice.
• Maintain Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice.
• Maintain State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable).Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable).
• 103 NP may be required (California Only).
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required).
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.
