Method Flow Products, A Roeslein Company, is seeking an Automation Technician III/Lead. Method Flow is looking for an individual who has the desire to perform quality work in a safe manner, who is detail-oriented, and who has superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• This position would be responsible for training all new employees to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform their duties to the organization's standard. This position will also be responsible for developing the team and providing feedback for annual performance evaluations.
• Responsible for the escalation of employee issues and company violations to ensure the employee understands the policies and procedures of the organization.
• This position will be the point of contact for the team and will respond timely to troubleshoot issues and avoid prolonged delays.
• Identify all safety situations and report issues timely.
• Must be able to troubleshoot any situation with complete resolution.
• Responsible for the accuracy of service tickets and timely submission.
• Safely drive to customer locations and perform the required work safely and professionally.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employees as well as customers at all locations.
• Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
• High energy, ambitious, and results-oriented; commitment to a culture of performance and excellence is required.
• Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
• All employees who support partner companies are expected to follow the safety and employee conduct policies of the partner company which includes on-call obligations.
• Must meet deadlines while working safely to ensure a quality product.
• Must have the ability to install automation devices on oil field equipment which include pressure transmitters, level gauges, pneumatic valve controllers (Solenoids), gas/oil/water meters, ESD buttons, relays, batteries and charging systems, junction boxes, RTU’s and PLC cabinets.
• Must understand process flow conditions (Example: product flow from high pressure to flow pressure, path of least resistance, etc.)
• Skilled at the installation of steel piping stacks, gauges, and conduit fittings with the ability to cut and mount Unistrut. Pull wire, zip-tie piping, place and fasten in cable tray, dig trenches, and run wire as needed. Terminate wire into devices and junction boxes.
• Follow directions and ask questions, as necessary. Keep in constant communication with the Method Flow Automation Manager and advise of any issues that need to be addressed.
• Must be able to build structural support systems and fabricate boxes and backplanes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
