* Job Description:

** Job Summary  The Cement Bulk Plant Hand assists with the daily bulk plant operations, monitors yard and performs general housekeeping duties.
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily bulk plant operations
* Operate forklift to scale out products, load hopper, and load or unload pallets (when applicable)
* Monitor yard and perform general housekeeping duties
* Wear full face respirator
* Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
* Additional duties as assigned by manager Qualifications
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, must be able to read and follow directions in English
* Forklift operator certified preferred
* Knowledge of safe hand tool use
* Personable, able to communicate with teammates and supervisors
* Able to safely perform duties during a 12+ hour work shift that will include days or nights, weekends, holidays, and in extreme weather conditions
* Must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shift
* Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods
* Able to lift 50 LBS safely
