Batch Plant Operator

We are looking for a BATCHMAN to join one of Midland, TX plants. As a Batchman with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective production of wet and dry batch products.

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1-year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
