Manufacturing Equipment Operator
Are you passionate about manufacturing? Do you enjoy being part of the manufacturing process? Join our OFE Flexible Pipe Systems Team! Our onshore team based in Midland, TX works with pipe design, manufacturing, and installation to help customers increase production and asset integrity while reducing costs associated with a pipeline system.
Responsibilities- Set up, start, and operate manufacturing equipment according to specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and make basic adjustments to ensure proper operation.
- Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventive maintenance on machines.
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Record production data such as quantities produced, machine settings, and downtime.
- Follow all safety and quality control protocols.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production status, issues, or maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with equipment changeovers and troubleshooting as needed.
- Report any mechanical failures or safety concerns immediately.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
