ESP Shop Technician role at Endurance Lift Solutions

Under general supervision, performs ESP testing, routine checks, and equipment troubleshooting.

Perform ESP testing, routine checks, and equipment troubleshooting under general supervision.

• Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure the product is in accordance with SOPs.
• Safely operate automated high pressure/high voltage testing equipment.
• Assist with loading/unloading ESP equipment onto racks and transportation vehicles.
• Maintain work area, tools, and fixtures to ensure there are no hazards to personnel or integrity to parts being assembled.
• Contribute to building and/or reconstruction of various ESP components.
• Train and coach new hires in basic glowing principles.

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence as required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Basic hand tool proficiency.
• Basic computer skills required to operate computerized test equipment.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• A combination of the above qualifications will also be considered.

• Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company's TRIR goals.
• Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company's environmental performance goals.
• Complete and actively participate in all of the company's EHS training requirements.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to safely bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at area.
• Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate hand tools and mechanical tools.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace.
• Must be able to tolerate changing priorities, and complete assignments despite frequent interruptions.
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Work environment is typically considered within an ELS location during normal or extended business hours.
