Cementing Bulk Plant Operator

Job Summary

The Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers. This role manages bulk plant operations to ensure the accurate preparation, quality control, storage, and movement of bulk materials for delivery to wellsites. The Bulk Plant Operator supports continuous improvement initiatives, assists in training team members, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time

• Blend and mix bulk products according to job program requirements

• Calculate and verify material quantities prior to loading

• Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading and product integrity

• Coordinate movement of bulk products with operations and logistics teams

• Assist with monthly inventory counts and completion of daily shipping and receiving documentation

• Label, store, and dispose of additives, drums, and containers in a safe and compliant manner

• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain cleanliness of bulk plant facilities

• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs

• Wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies

• Previous bulk plant or similar industrial operations experience preferred

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Safety-conscious mindset with strict adherence to HSE procedures

• Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Willingness to work shift schedules, including nights and weekends as required
