Full-Time Groundskeeper

Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Groundskeeper in Midland, TX to clean assigned areas and maintain the property in an attractive, safe, and high-quality condition, while also providing great customer service. A Day in the Life of a Groundskeeper

As a Groundskeeper, you play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and condition of our property. You will:

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment to ensure they are safe, clean, and functional.
• Remove trash, debris, and obstacles from common areas including grounds, parking lots, roads, amenity spaces, breezeways, stairwells, and dumpsters.
• Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping, irrigation, painting, exterior repairs, and pool maintenance.
• Operate equipment like edgers, blowers, power washers, compactors, and pool and spa systems.
• Report and assist in correcting safety hazards in a timely manner.
• Take pride in keeping the property looking its best!

Qualifications

• Ability to work as scheduled and as needed, including weekends.
• Able to safely operate electrical and gas-powered equipment (pool/spa pumps, edger, blower, etc.).
