• Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by skillfully managing teams and partnering with the General Manager to keep everything running smoothly.
• Proactively spot challenges and tackle them to ensure every day at the hotel flows efficiently.
• Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff, and help all team members— from managers to hourly employees—grow through development programs and ongoing training.
• Actively listen, understand concerns, and keep communication clear with colleagues and guests.
• Work confidently with financial data and use mathematical skills to support operations.
• Use Windows Operating Systems for management and reporting.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Bring a friendly, service‑focused attitude to every guest and teammate interaction.

• At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage), or a four‑year degree with 2–3 years of experience, or a two‑year degree with 3–4 years of related experience.
• Supervisory background required.
• Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure.
• Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
