Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts per week

• Call coverage Monday-Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 AM (averaging 10 call days per month)

• Weekend on-call shifts vary based on staff availability

• 1:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends

• Work with adult and geriatric patients

• Daily census of 10 patients in 5-room, 8-bed unit

• Must be able to circulate procedures and perform hemodynamic recording/charting

• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

• Required certifications: NIH, BLS, ACLS

• 2 years of experience required

• 36-hour orientation provided

• Must have extensive skills in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures

• Experience required with various cardiac procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, pacemaker insertion, and electrophysiology

• Knowledge of emergency medications, procedural sedation, and dysrhythmia management required

• Must be comfortable with vascular closure systems and post-procedure monitoring

• Expect to work some holidays

• On-site drug screening required
