Overview

Business Office Manager for a New, free-standing psychiatric hospital located at Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, TX
. Signet Health is seeking a qualified individual to oversee administrative and financial operations in a medical setting, manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, handle patient billing and insurance, and supervise daily functions such as scheduling and record-keeping.

• Staff and operational management: Supervise, hire, and train administrative and support staff (e.g., receptionists and billers). Create and manage staff schedules, approve time off, and conduct performance reviews. Oversee daily operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and record-keeping. Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
• Financial and billing management: Manage financial operations including patient billing, coding, and insurance claims processing. Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable. Generate budgets, financial statements, and other reports.
• Compliance and quality assurance: Ensure compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and other government guidelines. Maintain quality and safety standards in patient care delivery.
• Patient and provider support: Address patient complaints and ensure customer service standards are met. Maintain provider schedules and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

• Education: Bachelor s degree required; may be open to those with an associate degree.
• Experience: Several years of experience in a healthcare office setting, including supervisory experience.
• Skills: Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), billing, and scheduling software. Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) desired.
