• Pay: $24–30 per hour based on experience and supervision hour completion; potential wage increases every 6 months.

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master’s program.
• Providing early intervention therapy in a center‑based setting.
• Shaping the minds of children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborating with BCBAs and a team dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
