DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work in an outpatient dialysis center in Midland, Texas. No dialysis experience is required; training will be provided.

• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Be part of a supportive team environment.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
• Work in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification if required by state regulations (optional if not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
• Preferred: BONENT or CHT certification as required by state regulations.
• Preferred:
  Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems within 90 days of hire.
