Overview
Responsible for assisting Engineers, Manager and team with all tasks performed by the group. This includes updating and maintaining information databases, gathering information from internal and external data sources that support the department's work. This position will also involve the preparation of project information, and presentations for management meetings and conferences. Will be responsible for budget preparation and tracking.

- Update and maintain information databases.
- Gather information from internal and external data sources that support the department's work.
- Prepare project information and presentations for management meetings and conferences.
- Responsible for budget preparation and tracking.
- Must have 10+ years of experience in duties as described or an Engineering Degree.
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Spotfire, with SQL skills a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, state and federal regulators.
- High school diploma or GED required; BS preferred.
- Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
