This is a full-time, on-site role located in Midland, TX, for a Directional Drilling Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for managing directional drilling operations, ensuring precision in well placement, and optimizing the trajectory to enhance production. Daily tasks include analyzing drilling requirements, collaborating with engineering teams, providing technical expertise on drilling equipment, and ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met.

The role involves working closely with teams in both field and operational settings to drive successful drilling projects.

• Proficiency in Drilling Engineering and Drilling processes
• Experience with Completion techniques and Tubing operations
• Knowledge of Wireline operations and procedures
• Strong technical expertise in directional drilling and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team-based projects
• Experience in safety protocols and compliance in oil and gas drilling operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related technical discipline (preferred)
• Previous experience in directional drilling and a strong understanding of industry best practices are highly desirable
