Summer School Teachers:
High School APEX

• Assignment:
  Content Assignment determined by building administration. Changes may be made during the course of the session.
• Term:
  The term of this agreement reflects the scheduled period of Summer School.
  • Prior to June 1st: 4 hours of paid prep time
  • Apex Learning:
    June 1st, 2026 through June 25th, 2026, 8:30am until 1:30pm. (16 days)
    • Student Session Monday-Thursday: 9am until 1:00pm

• ELL Student Session Monday-Thursday:
  June 1st to June 25th, 2026
  • Block 1: 9:00am until 11:30am (EL Math and EL Language Arts)
  • Lunch: 11:30am until 12:00pm
  • Block 2: 12:00pm until 2:00pm (EL Math and EL Language Arts)
  • ELL Summer Teacher
    • Direct Instruction ELL Math or ELL Language Arts
    • 1 hour of plan time (6 total hours a day)
    • Monday-Friday: 8:30am-2:30pm
    • Prior to June 1st: 8 hours of paid prep time

• Candidates must hold a current Nebraska teaching certificate.
• Certified staff pay rate is $40.00 per hour up to $240.00/day.

Positions will remain open until filled. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply by February 18, 2026. Any remaining openings may then be posted for external candidates.
