Work Location:
Main Campus-3600 N. Garfield, Midland, TX
Accurately and timely input data into the TEA management system (TEAMS); provide information/reports to director on a timely basis.
Required Qualifications- High School diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel software programs
- Experience maintaining files and records
Additional experience and skills are preferred but are not mandatory for consideration.
Essential Functions- Accurately input information into TEAMS, including student attendance hours
- Monitor and clear TEAMS data exceptions
- Working with Tests of Adult Basic Education (TABE), CASAS, and progress concerning Adult Education and Literacy students
- Maintain files and records
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- The person in this position needs to move to other locations on campus occasionally
- Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation
- Use of manual dexterity
- The person in this position frequently communicates with others; must be able to exchange accurate information
- Frequently moves equipment or paperwork weighing up to 20 pounds
