Nocturnist Hospitalist APP

Overview

Job Title: Board-Certified APP with hospitalist experience — Midland Inpatient Medical Associates (MIMA).

Midland Health and MIMA serve the Permian Basin and surrounding communities at Midland Memorial Hospital with a catchment area boasting 450,00 people. MIMA is seeking a dynamic and team-oriented APP to join its inpatient team of 16 MDs and 3 Advanced Practice Providers on night service in Midland, Texas.

• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant Master’s Program or graduate degree in Master of Science in nursing
• Texas License
• Minimum two years of experience in hospitalist or ICU
• Procedural training/experience preferred

• Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7 days on 7 days off
• Deliver high-quality hospital medicine care during nocturnist shifts
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care throughout the night
