Overview
Midland Health is seeking Board-Certified/Eligible Critical Care Nocturnist Physician to join Premier Family Care I, Inc (Premier). Midland Health and Premier serve the Permian Basin and surrounding communities, with a catchment area boasting about 450,000 people. Premier is seeking a dynamic and team-oriented physician to join its team of 45 multidisciplinary physicians and APPs.
Qualifications- Board Certified/Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
- Must also possess an unrestricted Texas Medical License or be eligible to be licensed in the state of Texas
- 7 on 7 off, 12-hour Intensivist / Nocturnist shift
- 2 years Hospitalist experience preferred
- Certified in all ICU procedures (includes thoracentesis, chest tubes both surgical and small-bore/pigtails drains, bronchoscopies, central lines, arterial lines, dialysis lines).

- Salary within 60-75% MGMA based on experience
