This isn't your standard emergency medicine (EM) role. It's one of the strongest compensation packages in the market. MMH is a busy, medium-high acuity ED that offers the case mix EM physicians seek; backed by exceptional, long-standing physician leadership.

* 43-bed ED

* Level III Trauma Center

* 73,000 annual visits (~199/day)

* 40 hours/day physician coverage (increasing)

* 52 hours/day APC coverage

* 15 minutes from Midland International Airport

* Nonstop flights to Austin, Houston, Dallas and more
