Comprehensive services include cleanings and exams, clear aligners, crowns and fillings, sealants, orthodontics, nitrous oxide, oral and IV sedation, and hospital sedation.

• Average earnings between $295,000–$550,000
• $1,500 daily rate for the first six months
• 32% of net production
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
