Average Salary: $295,000–$550,000
Job Type: Full-Time

An established, patient-focused pediatric dental practice in Midland, TX is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Dentist. This practice is committed to creating healthy smiles and positive dental experiences for children, including those with special needs. Comprehensive services include cleanings and exams, clear aligners, crowns and fillings, sealants, orthodontics, nitrous oxide, oral and IV sedation, and hospital sedation.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Average earnings between $295,000–$550,000
  • $1,500 daily rate for the first six months
  • 32% of net production
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program (2–3 years)
  • Current dental license or eligibility to obtain
  • DEA certification
  • CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain
