- $1,500 daily rate for the first six months of employment
- Earnings of 33.5% of net production
- Sign-on bonus of $50,000

About You- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program (typically 2-3 years)
- Current, valid dental license to practice in the state or ability to obtain.
- DEA certification
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
