Sam's Club - - Responsibilities:
Communicates and explains membership types, programs, and benefits to Members to assist with account decisions and promote products and services;
Provides Customer/Member service by acknowledging Customers, identifying Customer/Member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving Customer/Member issues and concerns, and promoting products and services;
Maintains car wash/gas station area by cleaning and organizing and ensuring accurate pricing signage;
Receives and stocks merchandise and supplies, and completes required paperwork and documentation;
Operates cash registers and processes customer purchases, handling different payment types
