• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Teller, member service, or lending experience preferred
• Strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and office technology
• Ability to maintain professionalism, diplomacy, and trust

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to handle cash, paperwork, and financial transactions accurately
• Ability to use a computer, keyboard, phone, and standard office equipment
• Ability to communicate clearly with members and team members
• Ability to work in a branch environment with frequent public interaction
