We are currently searching for a Front Desk Agent for the Wyndham Midland Downtown, in Midland, TX.

- Greet guests and manage check‑ins and check‑outs
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Assist guests with questions, directions, and local recommendations
- Address and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and room key inventory
- Support front desk operations as needed
- Experience with a Wyndham branded hotel highly desired
- Be able to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time
- Knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Stable work history required
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Team player; able to work collaboratively rather than in isolation
- Effective communication, composure under pressure, problem‑solving and listening skills for handling guest concerns
