We are currently searching for a Front Desk Agent for the Wyndham Midland Downtown, in Midland, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and manage check‑ins and check‑outs
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Assist guests with questions, directions, and local recommendations
  • Address and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Maintain accurate guest records and room key inventory
  • Support front desk operations as needed
Requirements
  • Experience with a Wyndham branded hotel highly desired
  • Be able to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system
Education & Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Stable work history required
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Team player; able to work collaboratively rather than in isolation
  • Effective communication, composure under pressure, problem‑solving and listening skills for handling guest concerns
