POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Manager for Accelerated Mobile Power (AMP) is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth in mobile power solutions. The individual will implement sales strategies to expand AMP’s customer base, enhance client relationships, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. This position demands a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the mobile power industry to identify new business opportunities, close deals, and maintain AMP’s competitive edge in the market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets in the mobile power sector.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize this data to adjust strategies and identify growth opportunities for AMP’s mobile power solutions.
- Assist in preparing and presenting regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach. Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new and repeat business.
- Oversee the negotiation of pricing, contracts, and terms with clients. Ensure deals are closed efficiently and profitably.
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings and market demands.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and company standards, maintaining ethical practices in all customer interactions and transactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Successfully passes all applicable general pre‑employment testing including but not limited to background check, pre‑employment drug screening, pre‑employment fit tests, pre‑employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Daily in‑person, predictable attendance.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
- High School Degree required;
Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred. - Power Generation background with specific experience with gas turbines and reciprocating engines required.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in oil field Power Generation experience required.

- Proficient in cultivating meaningful and productive relationships, emphasizing interpersonal understanding and collaboration.

- Must excel in matrix and startup‑oriented environments and exhibit qualities of self‑motivation and innovative, out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products.
- Adaptability to high stress work environments.
