Permit to Work Coordinator Overview

Responsible for coordinating field work during the commissioning phase, ensuring safe execution and compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) system. Oversees issuance, tracking, and suspension of permits, and leads the PTW team to enforce procedures and maintain safety, quality, and schedule priorities.

• Issue, record, and track work permits in compliance with PTW procedures
• Review permits to prevent clashes between activities
• Assist in preparing isolation plans, procedures, and supporting documentation
• Ensure permits are approved before work begins
• Identify hazards and propose safety measures in collaboration with SSHE
• Monitor work execution for adherence to safety standards
• Coordinate daily and weekly work planning and scheduling
• Attend coordination meetings and provide updates
• Submit internal work permit requests
  
  Manage installation of 206 communication towers and methane detection cameras
• Conduct site marking and drive-bys for tower locations

• Experience in similar roles with PTW systems
• Knowledge of commissioning activities and energy isolation safeguards
• Familiarity with Work Management Systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential for Saturday work and overtime.
