Journey with PULSE

As a participant in the PULSE program, you’ll embark on an exciting, hands‑on journey across various critical areas of our business. You’ll rotate through different roles, gaining invaluable experience while developing the skills and leadership qualities to set you up for a successful career.

What You’ll Do
  • Shop Operations (12-18 months)
    • Dive into the world of frac valves and completion equipment. You’ll receive hands‑on training to help you understand the technical aspects of assembly and maintenance.
    • Learn essential safety protocols and industry standards that ensure a safe working environment.
    • Explore Lean manufacturing principles and contribute to improving our operational efficiency.
    • Time in role may be subject to change at management’s discretion.
  • Field Operations (12-18 months)
    • Get ready to roll up your sleeves and work on‑site! You’ll participate in installations and completion services, directly applying your technical knowledge.
    • Collaborate with our field teams to troubleshoot challenges and ensure everything runs smoothly.
    • Build relationships with clients, managing their expectations and delivering exceptional service.
    • Time in role may be subject to change at management’s discretion.
  • Step into the world of sales and support our internal processes. You’ll manage customer accounts, analyze sales data, and assist in crafting compelling presentations.
  • Work closely with our sales team to help drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Gain an understanding of background and business processes.
  • Time in role may be subject to change at management’s discretion.
  • Sales and Business Development (12-18 months)
    • Engage directly in sales activities, from prospecting to client meetings. You’ll have the chance to develop strategic sales plans and identify growth opportunities.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, focusing on long‑term partnerships.
  • Execution (Operations) (Optional, 12-18 months)
    • Take on project management responsibilities, overseeing operations and completion of projects from start to finish.
    • Optimize resource allocation and logistics while meeting our customers’ needs.
    • Act as customers' primary point of contact during execution, ensuring they are satisfied and informed.
Who You Are
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial)
  • Business (Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, Agricultural Economics)
  • Technical fields (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Data Analytics).
  • You have demonstrated leadership potential through academic achievements, extracurricular activities, or prior experiences.
  • You’re a problem solver who communicates effectively and enjoys collaborating.
  • You’re adaptable and ready to embrace new challenges, with a willingness to relocate for various rotations.
  • Hard‑working and able to learn and grow in a team environment.
