Summary of Position
The PropX Operations Support Coordinator provides administrative support for the Midland, TX office.
Qualifications & Requirements- High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.

- Must be sensitive to Corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the business needs
- Perform all general office duties.
- Maintain PropX office supply inventory.
- Sort and distribute all PropX incoming mail.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating man‑camp/other lodging as needed.
- Gain knowledge of different departments and conduct location visits.
- Assist with New Hire/Onboarding Processing, as applicable.
- Assist with payroll processing, as applicable.
- Assist any management staff when necessary.
- Support vendor onboarding activities by partnering with Supply Chain.
- Maintain and manage the shop parts inventory system.
- Assist with billing data collection and validation.

$60,000/YR - $75,000/YR
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
